Sharing the Journey of an Uncertain Faith
Why are we making room for conversations on faith and spirituality? Because what we believe greatly impacts our healing journey. What we think about suffering, pain, and prayer, and God inform what we allow ourselves to feel and process as we heal from all kinds of abuse, including but not limited to spiritual abuse or experiences of deep shame within a religious environment.
We seek to create a community where faith is allowed to be uncertain. We hope you join us.
Summer Schedule is:
June 3, 17
July 15, 29
August 12, 26

Art Journaling Workshop
One of the primary responses to abuse is shame, the feeling that something is wrong with us, we are hopelessly broken, we can never get better, or we are just bad people. Shame is vastly different than guilt and is often what holds us in unhealthy patterns of relationship to ourselves and others. Many people are surprised that shame is a universal experience. This is why we offer Art Journaling for survivors and to those who are in relationship with survivors. As we learn a common language and practice of building shame resilience we create healthier communities.
Registration is now OPEN!
